Wild Thyme is a contemporary catering company based in County Wicklow and run by Georgina Philips. Georgina trained at the world famous Pru Leith's Food and Wine Cookery School in London where she obtained an honours award in Leith's advanced diploma before returning to Ireland to establish this professional yet trendy catering business in 2005.

Wild Thyme is co-managed by Ella Kennedy. Ella worked and trained at the popular Ottolenghi restaurants in London and has also been awarded an honours degree in Culinary Arts from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
